Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

  1. Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  2. Your item must be in the original packaging.
  3. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Time Frame for Returns

You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact our Customer Service team at 0704 482 863. to request a return authorization.
  2. Pack the item securely and include a copy of your packing slip or order confirmation.
  3. Ship the item to the address provided by our Customer Service team.


Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.


You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at 0704 482 863.with details and photos of the product. We will provide instructions on how to proceed.


We currently do not offer exchanges. If you need a different item, color, or size, please return the original item and place a new order.
